When We See You is a collaborative art-making and writing project began by artist Jack O’Flynn in 2021. Taking the imagery from the Major Arcana of the Tarot de Marseille as a point of exploration, this project seeks to playfully and poetically engage with the Tarot through collaborative art-making and writing, reflecting on healing practices, art, and other ways of being.

The project has encompassed online blog writing, art-making, exhibitions, and group workshops. With collaborations and events so far taking place across Scotland, Norway, and Italy.

Collaborating artists invited to create a ‘card’ from their materiality with Jack so far have been:

Jack O’Flynn is an Irish artist, yoga teacher and, sometimes a tarot card reader currently based in Bergen, Norway.
