In my yoga classes, I believe in bringing special attention to the breath and to the meditative space that can be created in Yoga practice.
I teach and practice mostly Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, however In recent years I have become very interested in Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra which I practice regularly. I believe in the transformative and restorative power of Yoga in bringing healing to the body and spirit. After many years as a student, it’s an honour to share this practice as a teacher.
