In my yoga classes, I believe in bringing special attention to the breath and to the meditative space that can be created in Yoga practice.
I teach and practice mostly Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. I discovered this in my early 20s after being introduced to yoga practice by my mum, Rionach, who is also a yoga teacher. Since then I have been lucky to have practised in different studios around the world and been inspired by great teachers. I am particularly grateful to have met my teacher Rosina Bonsu in Glasgow, and been inspired by her to try teaching myself. In recent years I have become interested in Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra which I practice regularly. I believe in the transformative power of Yoga and feel it’s an honour to share this practice as a teacher.
Ashtanga Yoga: a moving meditation breath practice

A 3-week course of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. In this course students will be led through a movement based yoga practice, and especially guided to deepen their awareness of the breath within the poses and transitions. This will increase access to challenging postures, finding length and depth in them, as well as enhance knowledge of what is going on in the body.
